In order to contribute to MOGUL you have to become known to the MOGUL Librarian so that it can automatically update your contributions in the MOGUL Archive. You need to obtain an ID from the Mozart Consortium. Simply send email to contrib@mozart-oz.org to request a MOGUL id. Your email should contain the following information:
An email address for administrative purposes. It will be used to report to you problems concerning your section of the MOGUL database. If missing, your email address will be used.
A url for the database entry describing your section of the MOGUL database. The MOGUL Librarian will update your section of the database by fetching the entry at this url and recursively processing subentries.
Optionally, you may also suggest an alternative list of ids and, if possible, we will pick one for you from this list, if they are still available and not objectionable.
We will reply to the ``administrative'' email address, telling you which id you have been granted. Using this id, you can create valid subids at your heart's content.
